Revamped merchandising audiences with new OR operator

The merchandising audiences module has a revamped UI across all audience pages for a more consistent, smoother experience.

What's new

  • The audience creation and details pages have been updated with an improved layout.

  • A new OR operator lets you add alternative values within a single dimension.

  • The audience list page now lets you select multiple audiences and apply bulk operations to them.

  • For multi-site accounts, you can filter the audience list by the ruleโ€™s influence over different sites.

  • The OR operator reduces the number of dimensions you need to configure and enables you to create more complex audience rules.
  • Bulk operations and filters on the list page cut repetitive work when managing large audience sets.

Upcoming changes to Insights

Bloomreach is revamping the Insights application and introducing a new Performance dashboard that replaces the existing reports with a unified, faster, and more flexible experience.

As part of this launch, the legacy Insights will stop receiving new data on 31 July 2026. The affected features are: Activities, Collections, Library, Opportunities, Playbooks, Site search analytics, and Category analytics.ย 

After 31 July 2026, you can still access historical data. The features remain in the UI until their respective removal dates.
