Release 1.313

TL;DR: Send campaigns instantly or on schedule with Loomi Marketing Agent, reach customers on LINE and via WhatsApp carousels, and trigger personalized messages the moment your catalog changes.

Release date: 8.7. - 13.7.2026

Loomi Marketing Agent for campaigns — new send triggers

In addition to event-triggered and recurring sends, the Loomi Marketing Agent for campaigns now also supports immediate sends and one-time sends scheduled for a specific date and time. You can describe the send you want in plain language, and the agent sets up the matching trigger in the brief.

What's new

  • Send now: Ask for a one-time immediate send, such as "send a summer sale announcement to all customers right now." The agent recognizes the request, selects the correct trigger type, and shows a new Send mode field at the top of the brief.
  • On date: Schedule a one-time send for a specific date and time, such as "launch the summer collection to the newsletter list on Friday at 9am." The agent interprets the schedule, uses the project time zone, and updates the brief. If needed, you can adjust the timing conversationally.
  • Repeat: Set up recurring sends, such as a weekly newsletter, using the same plain-language workflow.

WhatsApp carousels

Bloomreach Marketing now supports WhatsApp carousel template messages. You can send up to 10 horizontally scrollable cards in a single WhatsApp message, each with a media header, body text, and CTA buttons — ideal for product promotions, loyalty offers, and support use cases.

What's new

  • Carousel messages: Available under the existing Template message format in the WhatsApp channel, via Sinch and Infobip only.

Feature impact

Templates must be created and approved in Meta Business Manager before use in Bloomreach.

Send LINE campaigns to customers

LINE campaigns is now live as a mobile messaging channel. Reach LINE customers in Japan, Taiwan, and Thailand through the LINE Official Accounts they follow.

What's new

  • Rich message formats: Send text, images, videos, cards, choice messages, and carousels. Add buttons that link to a URL, start a call, or send a text reply.
  • Consent built in: When a user follows your LINE account, opt-in is set. Opt-out is caught via webhook, so your contact list stays current.

Reach interested customers the moment your catalog changes

Catalog triggers automatically start a scenario the moment your product catalog changes — and reach only the customers who already showed interest, such as those who viewed the item or added it to their cart. They work with Data hub item collections and need no custom pipelines or watchdog jobs.

What's new

  • Price reduction: Recapture hesitant shoppers the moment a price drops by a percentage you set.
  • Back in stock: Re-engage customers who wanted an item before it sold out — trigger when stock returns to a level you define.
  • New arrival: Drive discovery for engaged customers as soon as a new item matching a category or brand they've browsed is added.
  • Low inventory: Create urgency while there's still stock — reach customers who showed interest before it runs out.
  • Item date: Act at exactly the right time — for example, send a reminder 7 days before an offer expires.
  • Custom: React to any catalog field change, from a status switch to a numeric threshold crossing.

Turn every relevant catalog update into a personalized message for the customers most likely to convert.

Feature impact

The trigger picker in the scenario editor is now organized by category — catalog triggers are listed under Triggers > Catalog — making them easier to find as the list grows. Your existing scenarios aren't affected.
