1.294 Multiple mobile app configurations, Frequency policy access lock & Mobile SDK updates

Expand your mobile reach with multi-app project support, secure your messaging policies with granular controls, and enhance your React Native development with improved platform compatibility.
Version released between 16.09. - 25.09.2025.

Multiple mobile app configurations per project

Managing push notifications is now simpler and more flexible. You can configure and control multiple mobile apps within a single Bloomreach Engagement project. This update lets you track user activity across all your apps, deliver consistent messaging, and personalize engagement—no matter how many brands or products you manage.

With this feature, you can:

  • Simplify campaign management: Oversee all your mobile apps from one place, while keeping targeting precise for each.
  • Target across apps: Trigger push notifications in one app based on actions taken in another, boosting cross-app engagement.
  • Reduce complexity: Eliminate the need for separate projects for each app, making reporting and operations smoother.

To get started, update your SDK to the latest version (available as of September 26, 2025).

This enhancement helps you create seamless customer experiences across your entire mobile app ecosystem—while saving time and effort behind the scenes.

Frequency policy access lock

Take control of your Frequency policy management with enhanced administrative features that provide secure, granular control for your messaging campaigns:

  • Block policies: Prevent policies from being used in new campaigns while keeping existing campaigns running.
  • Restrict access: Lock policies to specific user groups, in which unauthorized users see disabled options with explanatory tooltips.
  • Set defaults: Apply a default frequency policy automatically to new messaging unless manually changed.
  • Enforce consistently: Access restrictions work across the interface and API with clear error messages.
  • Track changes: Audit logs capture all policy modifications and access attempts.

These controls deliver better governance and security for your frequency management while maintaining operational flexibility across your campaigns.
