Enhanced in-app message builder

Create brand-aligned in-app messages for modal, full-screen, and slide-in types - no coding needed! The new enhanced In-App Message Builder gives you:

  • Granular styling: Customize text, buttons, images, and close buttons with complete control over fonts, colors, sizes, and alignment. Personalize your message typography by incorporating custom fonts via URL upload (supporting .ttf and .otf formats).
  • Reusable templates: Save, manage, and apply in-app message templates for faster campaign setup.
  • Simplified UI: A redesigned interface for more intuitive styling.
  • No HTML required: Build polished in-app messages without any coding. Improved visual feedback within the builder provides a more accurate representation of your styled messages.

Native Snowflake integration

In the upcoming days, our new Snowflake integration will let you utilize its data warehousing in Bloomreach Engagement with native import capabilities!

Set up the connection, map your data structures, and import customers, events, and catalog items from tables, views, or user-defined queries.

Keep your data in sync by automatically importing changes in the source data as often as every 15 minutes.

New Mobile SDK releases

We’ve released new mobile SDK versions, enhancing Bloomreach Engagement integration.

  • Android SDK version 4.2.0 adds rich styling for native in-app messages, system improvements, and bug fixes.
  • Android SDK version 4.3.0 introduces a stopIntegration method and improves documentation regarding using identifyCustomer with soft ID.
  • iOS SDK version 3.2.0 enhances in-app personalization, adds rich styling, and includes optimizations and bug fixes.
  • iOS SDK version 3.2.1 fixes the incorrect import of Foundation instead of UIKit, which caused compilation errors.
