Recurring exports

Automate your Performance dashboard exports so every stakeholder stays informed, even when the team managing your data is away. Schedule a report once and receive recurring updates without manually logging in.

What's new

• Schedule an export once and get it delivered automatically on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Share exports with multiple recipients.
• Manage your recurring exports anytime — enable, disable, edit, or delete them as your reporting needs evolve.

Business use cases

• Share a recurring performance summary with your team members who can access the Performance dashboard on a set cadence, with zero manual work.
• Track query, category, product, or overall performance over time with custom or predefined filters, delivered as a consistent, automated record.

Access

Your Users Admin must assign the recipient's Insights reports viewer permission to download the recurring reports via email.

Interface improvements

• Save time referencing category and product data. Copy category or product IDs straight from the tables in one click.

  

• Compare data at a glance without losing the bigger picture. A page data summary now stays pinned at the top while you scroll through overall, query, category, or product data.

  

Legacy Insights reports

For easier navigation, Category analytics, Collections, Library, Opportunities, Site search analytics, Activities, and Playbooks are now nested under a new Legacy reports section in the Insights section. Review the documentation.

Bloomreach Search dashboard: redirects are live

Requests to the old Search dashboard domains now redirect automatically to their new, more secure equivalents. Your existing bookmarks and integrations will keep working, but we recommend updating them to the new domains going forward.

What changes

• Requests to tools.bloomreach.com now redirect to us.search.bloomreach.com.
  • tools-staging.bloomreach.com redirects to us-staging.search.bloomreach.com.
• Requests to tools.bloomreach.co.uk now redirect to eu.search.bloomreach.com.
  • tools-staging.bloomreach.co.uk redirects to eu-staging.search.bloomreach.com.

Signing in via login.bloomreach.com

Start at [region].login.bloomreach.com or directly on any regional dashboard URL and log in with your credentials.

If your account is on Bloomreach's unified login experience, click Continue with unified login, and select your organization’s region.

What to do

Your URL has been updated for additional security and performance. Bookmark us.search.bloomreach.com or eu.search.bloomreach.com as your new entry point.

Old links and bookmarks will continue to work via redirect until further notice.
