Communicate with customers via Whatsapp Native Integration

We’re thrilled to introduce our brand new feature, 'WhatsApp Native Integration,' an entirely native link-up to the WhatsApp Business Platform. This capability offers you a dynamic messaging solution aiming to communicate with your customers through WhatsApp. With this integration, you can:

  • Send tailored WhatsApp messages to your customers
  • Send rich media messages such as Text, Image, Video, Audio, and Documents
  • Construct and send Template messages for faster response times
  • Utilize WhatsApp messages as workflow triggers in Scenarios
  • Track and assess the impact of your WhatsApp messaging efforts within Engagement

Keep in mind, with this launch, our latest 'WhatsApp Native Integration' will replace and overcome the constraints of our previous WhatsApp Integration (Webhook-based).

The documentation for this new native integration will come next week!

SDKs updates

The new releases of Android SDK 3.11.0 and 3.11.1 contain:

  • More detailed logging added to In-app content blocks
  • In-app content blocks behavior handler for viewing lifecycle events
  • In-app content blocks tracking API with the handling of tracking consent according to DSGVO/GDPR
  • Fixed: Using of HtmlNormalizer is not available as public, and the normalization process can not be set
  • Fixed: Loading of In-app content block HTML message with same content does not trigger onMessageShown event

The releases of iOS SDK 2.21.0, 2.21.1, and 2.21.2 bring:
