1. Intuitive user experience with simplified navigation and consistent role naming
We have streamlined the navigation and user access by renaming, restructuring, and unifying several user roles, permissions, and menu items.
These enhancements create a consistent naming structure, minimizing confusion and eliminating outdated terms for a more intuitive user experience.
What changed?
- Simplified menu structure: We have renamed a few menu items and simplified the menu structure to help you navigate faster.
- Renamed roles and permissions: We have renamed some roles to reflect their associated features better. There are no changes to permissions. All permissions will remain consistent with the documentation unless explicitly stated.
- Removed roles: We have removed a few roles. Don’t worry! We’ve assigned users an appropriate new role to ensure continued access.

DevStudio has been removed. To view Job status, use the Jobs tab in Catalogs. To explore Bloomreach APIs, we suggest that you use the search tab in Catalogs. Content Search catalogs can be accessed at Setup > Catalogs - content.

- Cloning configurations -> Configuration cloner

2. Optimize Personalization rules with A/B Testing
We are happy to share that now you can A/B test your 1:1 Personalization rules directly from the Personalization studio.
What improved?

Tweak your Personalization rules and save them as different test variants to run A/B tests directly from Personalization studio in the Bloomreach dashboard.

View all variants of a rule and choose the ones you want to use for running A/B tests.
Why is this valuable?
A/B testing lets you monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of your 1:1 Personalization rules. You can deliver personalized search results to a portion of your traffic and analyze their performance before enabling them widely.
For 1:1 Personalization, A/B testing can help you evaluate:
- The Personalization configurations and rules that lift key performance metrics like Revenue Per Visitor or Repeat visitors for you.
- The ideal duration for the Personalization to show the effective lift.
- The common/strong user affinities on your site based on user preferences.
- The performance of 1:1 Personalization together with different merchandising rules.
3. Get quick insights from the Discovery homepage
We have improved the Discovery homepage experience so that you get faster insights and identify issues quicker.
What improved?

Assess performance: This new module allows you to quickly analyze a query, category, product, or page directly from the homepage.

Assess pixel health: This new module helps you view your pixel health and identify any potential issues.

View KPI definitions: We have added definitions to help you understand how we calculate the KPIs.
Why is this valuable?
With these improvements, we aim to make your homepage experience more convenient and data-driven.
🐛Bug fixes
- Visual editor: Product names displayed under the Insights tab weren't shown in the selected site context language. We have fixed this issue.
