20260902 - Projects overview filtering & search

This Content release adds filtering and search to the Projects overview and includes two bug fixes.
🚀 Improvements
- Editors can now search and filter the Projects overview: search projects by title, filter by status, date (created, last modified, or scheduled run), created by, last modified by, and channel — with an active filter count and one-click Clear all. Filters combine with AND, and multi-select status/channel filters combine with OR.
🐛 Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where the External Preview button silently failed for users with read-only folder permissions, throwing a JS error instead of opening the preview. Any user able to see a channel in Experience Manager can now open external preview regardless of permission level.
- Fixed an issue where the Save button on the User Segmentation page became inaccessible when the segmentation input contained a large amount of data.
Releases are deployed to customer environments 2 weeks after the date encoded in the release version. This will occur between 10:00-14:00 CET on a Tuesday for customers hosted in the US or APAC. (This is usually 4-8am EST or 18:00-22:00 AET, except during daylight saving time transitions.) For customers in the EU, this will happen on the same Tuesday between 18:00-22:00 CET. Please note that logged-in users might get logged out during the maintenance window.
