Project Variables

We are thrilled to announce that you can now manage multiple Account and Project wide constants for all definitions. You can save time by editing frequently used assets like the company address or logo across your projects and accounts all at once.

Project variables will help you:

  • Edit multiple projects at the same time
  • Reduce manual work and errors
  • Speed up project-wide changes

Use multiple short domains per project

You can now add multiple short domains to your project. When creating an SMS campaign using a link shortener, you can select the domain you wish to use for that specific campaign. Learn more about our campaign link shortener here.

Firebase Webhooks Migration

Bloomreach Engagement now supports seamless migration of Webhooks for push notification delivery in response to Google's deprecation of the FCM legacy API by June 2024.

This update ensures uninterrupted push notification services by helping you transition to the updated Firebase API, preventing service disruptions.

You can continue using Webhooks for push notification delivery within Bloomreach Engagement, maintaining communication channels with users without interruptions.

SDKs updates

The new release of Android SDK 3.13.0 contains:

  • Segmentation API feature support
  • Fixed: Customer Token authorization could be forced to be used after anonymization

The new release of Android SDK 3.13.1 delivers:

  • Fixed: Segmentation API callback with includeFirstLoad=true wasn't notified for empty (cache) vs empty (fetch) segmentations data

The new release of iOS SDK 2.25.3 contains:

  • Fixed: In-app content blocks ignores handleUrlClick because of nil message state
  • Fixed: In-app content block with not successfully loaded image is shown
  • Fixed: App Inbox HTML message ignore action type
  • Fixed: In-app content blocks logging in debug verbose mode slowing down the app and cause glitching
