Bloomreach Discovery dashboard: New hostname

The Bloomreach Discovery dashboard is moving to a new hostname. Both domains remain functional until the end of the year.

What changes

tools.bloomreach.com is replaced by us.search.bloomreach.com for production and us-staging.search.bloomreach.com for staging.
tools.bloomreach.co.uk is replaced by eu.search.bloomreach.com for production.

Why this change

This migration upgrades the underlying infrastructure to deliver:

Stronger security: The new hostname offers a more secure domain scope and enables additional protection.
Better performance: The new infrastructure supports HTTP/2 and HTTP/3, which reduces page load times.

Full rollout timeline

Now:
- All users can start using the new domains, and report any issues encountered.
- If your account is migrated to the unified login experience, access all Bloomreach products directly from login.bloomreach.com.
End-of-year: tools.bloomreach.com is deprecated and redirects to new domains. Until then, both domains remain functional.

If you have the old domains bookmarked, update them at your convenience.
