Version 0.1.0

TL;DR: Search merchandising is now fully manageable through your assistant, including redirects, facets, autosuggest, synonyms, and ranking rules. Automation scenarios can now be created, updated, and deleted directly. Access Marketing resources faster.

Control Search merchandising experience end-to-end

  • Create, update, and delete search ranking rules directly, including A/B test variants to compare rule performance.

  • Create and manage search synonyms, both one-way and two-way, directly.

  • Run the full A/B testing lifecycle (create, start, end, archive).

  • Manage autosuggest exclusion rules: add terms you don't want appearing as suggestions, enable or disable rules in bulk, and sync changes immediately.

  • Create, update, and delete keyword redirect rules to control where specific search terms send users.

  • Create, update, and delete facet rules to control which filters appear on search and category pages, and in what order.

  • Fetch the full configuration of any individual ranking rule, redirect rule, or facet rule by ID, where previously only summary listings were available.

View Search merchandising performance analytics

  • View headline KPIs (revenue, RPV, AOV, and conversion rate) at the account level or scoped to a specific site, broken down by search and category traffic.

  • Surface top search queries, queries driving sessions but no revenue, top and lowest-converting categories, and your top-performing products.

Search merchandising improvements

  • Autosuggest management actions now use the same naming you see in the application, making the two easier to map.

  • Product grid search now supports the full set of targeting and filtering options available in the application UI, including audience targeting and search mode selection.

Create and manage automation scenarios

Create, update, and delete automation scenarios directly. New scenarios are always created as drafts and don't run until activated in the Marketing dashboard.

Estimate analytics query cost before running

Before running an ad-hoc EQL query, get a cost score, level, and suggestions without executing it. This lets you assess upfront whether a query will run as-is or needs to be narrowed.

Get instant access to Marketing reports, profiles, and resources

  • Retrieve pre-computed report results by report ID for instant access to the same numbers visible in the report builder, without waiting for on-demand computation.

  • Look up a customer's profile properties and event history by customer ID.

  • Search and fetch details for Marketing resources (campaigns, segments, reports, and more) with a single unified action instead of separate browse and detail actions, so there's less guesswork about which to call.

Bug fix

Fixed an error when looking up properties for customers who have used multiple devices.
