TL;DR: Read Loomi Connect's built-in guides from any MCP client with the new get_guide tool, and check which segments reached your partner platforms with search_external_segments. Scenario write tools now refuse to change running scenarios unless you explicitly allow it.

Read built-in guides from any MCP client

• get_guide returns Loomi Connect's best-practice guides, such as navigation, execute-analytics-eql, and scenario-write-best-practices, as a tool result. MCP clients that support tools but not resources can now read every guide.
• Call it with no arguments to get an index of guides, then pass a guide's name to get the full guide.
• Each guide includes related_guides, the guides it links to, so your agent can follow cross-references with another get_guide call.
• Tools that ask the agent to read a guide first, such as execute_analytics_eql, now point to get_guide as an alternative. They no longer get stuck in tools-only clients.
• Clients that read MCP resources, such as Claude Desktop, Claude Code, and Cursor, keep loading guides from loomi://guides/* exactly as before.

Verify external segments synced to partners

• search_external_segments lists the external segments synced from a project, with each segment's ID, name, and customer count when it's available. Use it to confirm a segment arrived after you push it to a partner platform.
• search_integrations now lists External Segments integrations alongside Marketing and channel integrations, so you see every integration on a project in one call.
• A new external-segments guide joins the built-in guides, and the project-config guide is updated.

Safer edits to running scenarios

• The scenario write tools update_scenario, update_scenario_node, and delete_scenario now refuse to change a scenario that isn't in draft or inactive status. They return success: false with a message that names the scenario's current status, and nothing is changed.
• To change or delete a running scenario on purpose, pass the new allow_active parameter as true. It defaults to false.

Updated sign-in terms

• The Loomi Connect consent screen you see when you sign in now shows General Availability terms instead of the Early Access Program terms.
• The terms cover service modifications and usage controls, pricing, and a link to the product documentation.
• Loomi Connect has no additional charge until the Credit Start Date in the first half of 2027. After that date, Jobs run through Loomi Connect draw from your monthly credit allowance.

Bug fixes

• get_discovery_api_requests returns API request usage again, instead of failing with an HTTP 400 error. Pass time_period_start and time_period_end as full dates (YYYY-MM-DD), also when granularity is monthly.
