Unwanted suggested search terms are popping-up on the live site.

Debugging Steps

To investigate the issue and the reason, follow the steps below:

1. Use the auto-suggest blocklist feature to remove unwanted suggestions.
2. If the suggestions still appear on the live site, contact your technical team for the Suggest API and check if the unwanted suggestions are returned in the Suggest API:
   a. If yes, raise a ticket on the Bloomreach Support Portal and include the Suggest API call.
   b. If not, advise your technical team to debug further.
