Bloomreach generated synonyms are visible in the ranking diagnostics but not in the synonym section of the dashboard.

Debugging Steps

To investigate the issue and the reason, follow the steps below:

1. Check if the synonyms are visible in the ranking diagnostics, but not in the synonym section of the dashboard.
   a. If yes, raise a ticket on the Bloomreach Support Portal with the API call.
   Synonyms shown in ranking diagnostics may not show up in the synonym section due to lemmatisation.
