Debugging Steps

To investigate the issue and the reason, follow the steps below:

  1. Download the heap dump. Refer to the documentation for information on downloading the heap dump.
  2. You will need a token to download the heap dump. Refer to the Bloomreach Cloud API documentation to know more about fetching tokens.
  3. Use the Dump Analysis document to analyse the heap dump.
