What is Bloomreach Experience Manager?

Bloomreach Experience Manager is a digital experience platform for creating relevant, personalized experiences across all channels. Bloomreach Experience Manager’s modular architecture and support for open standards make it the ideal solution for agile development and open integration. Bloomreach Experience Manager's emphasis on the separation of the content from the presentation logic enables content editors to create content once, and then publish it to web sites, mobile sites, Facebook, REST services, digital magazines, mobile apps, and so on. Bloomreach Experience Manager enables webmasters to create new channels or configure existing page templates using its Channel Manager. Using the Relevance Module, specific content can be targeted at specific visitors based on the visitor’s current context, past personal history, and matching personas created by the marketing team. Sets of related changes to content and delivery channels can be prepared and reviewed together in isolation as a Project, then temporarily run as a campaign or permanently published with a single click.

Under the hood, Bloomreach Experience Manager supports many open standards such as JCR and REST to simplify development and integrations with existing systems. Bloomreach Experience Manager's delivery framework (HST) provides the tools for rapid development of delivery channels such as websites, single-page applications, and REST endpoints. Both the Bloomreach Experience Manager user interface and the delivery framework are highly customizable and extensible.

Bloomreach Experience Manager comes in two flavors: Bloomreach Experience Manager Developer Edition (distributed under the Apache 2 open source license) and Bloomreach Experience Manager (requiring an enterprise license), which includes additional modules such as Relevance and Projects. If you want to play around with the Developer Edition, check out the Get Started Tutorial. Depending on your interest in Bloomreach Experience Manager, here are some pointers into the documentation:
